Test principle:

이 분석은 two-site sandwich ELISA를 사용하여 샘플에서 PLAUR/uPAR을 정량화합니다. PLAUR/uPAR에 특이적인 항체가 microplate에 미리 코팅되어 있습니다. 표준물질과 샘플을 wells에 pipetted하면 존재하는 모든 PLAUR/uPAR이 고정된 항체에 결합됩니다. 결합되지 않은 물질을 제거한 후, PLAUR/uPAR에 특이적인 biotin-conjugated 항체를 웰에 추가합니다. 세척 후 Streptavidin 접합 Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)를 wells에 추가합니다. 결합되지 않은 아비딘 효소 시약을 제거하기 위해 세척한 후 기질 용액을 웰에 추가하고 초기 단계에서 결합된 PLAUR/uPAR의 양에 비례하여 색이 발색됩니다. 발색을 중지하고 색의 강도를 측정합니다.
